Composition, the Story Teller
Composition is often related to as a basic element in photography but it is difficult for many to define it, it is and intuitive art. Composition is the order in which forms are arranged within a visible space in order to accomplish an esthetically balanced harmony and the artist’s ability to direct attention to a desired area. It is the subliminal language that transmits the message or feeling of an image. This course is intended for the photographer that wants to understand the principles of composition and its ability to tell a story in every image, a must for those interested in print competition or exhibits. It will cover basic elements like the rule of thirds, leading lines, shapes, color and space. Learn how to tell a story by simply using composition.
